Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karāchi for a Senior Manager Contracts and Quantity. The Senior Manager Contracts and Quantity will oversee contract management, cost estimation, and quantity surveying. Day-to-day tasks include preparing contract documents, evaluating bids, managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project compliance with legal and financial regulations. The role also involves negotiating contract terms, assessing risk factors, and monitoring project progress to ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in contract management and negotiation
  • Proficiency in cost estimation and quantity surveying
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Familiarity with engineering and construction methodologies
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to assess risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field; a master's degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in a senior management role is preferred
