Job Description:Max & Mallhi Associates is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong focus on social media management and advertising campaigns. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's online presence, driving brand awareness, and generating leads through various social media platforms.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to promote Max & Mallhi Associates' architectural, interior design, and construction services.Create engaging content for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to audience engagement.Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement in audience engagement and conversion rates.Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns across social media platforms to reach specific demographics and maximize ROI.Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media posts and advertisements.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.Coordinate with other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.Monitor competitors' social media activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic positioning.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience 2+ years) in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the architecture, interior design, or construction industry.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.Flexibility and adaptability to embrace changes and evolving marketing strategies.Familiarity with Lahore's local market and target audience preferences is a plus.If you believe you have the skills and experience to excel in this role and contribute to the success of Max & Mallhi Associates, we encourage you to apply by sending your resume and cover letter detailing your qualifications and why you are the ideal candidate for the position.
