About the Role:

We're seeking individuals who excel at creating and closing new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach. By leveraging your industry knowledge and relationship-building skills, you will identify and qualify leads, manage negotiations, and drive sales growth in both sea freight (LCL and FCL) and air freight services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets.
  • Create new business opportunities from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 – 6 years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry (depending on position title).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience in a system-oriented organization.

* Knowledge of sales analytics and performance metrics.
