Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Management Agent to collect, manage, and maintain company data with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will ensure that all data is properly entered, updated, verified, and stored in company databases, supporting business operations and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the company's databases and systems.
  • Verify data integrity and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Collect and compile data from various departments to ensure proper documentation.
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
  • Ensure all data is organized and easily accessible for analysis or audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow and consistency.
  • Maintain data backup procedures and ensure data security compliance.
  • Monitor and improve data entry processes for better efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data entry, database management, or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and database systems (e.g., MySQL, MS Access, CRM tools).
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
