Job Title: Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder)
Location: Hybrid (Half shift on-site and Half WFH)
Experience Required: 1.5 to 2 years
Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or a relevant field
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in the software industry to manage our online business profiles and drive project acquisition through platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
Key Responsibilities: Upwork & Freelancer Profile Management:
- Manage and optimize the company's profiles on Upwork and Freelancer.
- Identify and bid on relevant projects that align with our core services.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand project requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Proposal Writing & Sales Strategy:
- Craft well-structured and persuasive proposals based on client needs.
- Clearly define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop strategic bidding approaches to maximize conversion rates and secure high-value projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in handling Upwork and Freelancer accounts.
- Bachlors in CS, IT, or in any relevant field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of IT services, software development, and basic project management.
- Excellent negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple bids, and meet deadlines.
