Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in the software industry to manage our online business profiles and drive project acquisition through platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.

Key Responsibilities: Upwork & Freelancer Profile Management:

  • Manage and optimize the company's profiles on Upwork and Freelancer.
  • Identify and bid on relevant projects that align with our core services.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand project requirements and propose tailored solutions.

Proposal Writing & Sales Strategy:

  • Craft well-structured and persuasive proposals based on client needs.
  • Clearly define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Develop strategic bidding approaches to maximize conversion rates and secure high-value projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in handling Upwork and Freelancer accounts.
  • Bachlors in CS, IT, or in any relevant field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of IT services, software development, and basic project management.
  • Excellent negotiation and client-handling abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple bids, and meet deadlines.
