Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive
Salesforce Administrator
to manage, customize, and optimize our Salesforce environment. The Salesforce Admin will work closely with business stakeholders, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure Salesforce meets organizational goals and supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
Monitor system health, data integrity, and security.
Handle system configuration changes (workflows, flows, process builders, validation rules, page layouts, custom objects, etc.).
Customization & Optimization
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automations to support business decision-making.
Implement process improvements by leveraging Salesforce best practices.
Customize Salesforce Lightning UI for better user experience.
Data Management
Maintain data quality through regular audits, deduplication, and data cleansing.
Import, export, and update data using tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
Manage integrations with third-party applications.
Support & Training
Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to Salesforce Support when required.
Train new and existing users, creating training materials and documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related queries.
Project Management
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Work with developers or consultants on advanced customizations and implementations.
Test new releases, features, and system upgrades.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).Experience
:2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin certification a plus.
Technical Skills
:Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Flows, Reports, Dashboards.
Experience with Data Loader, Sandbox management, and integrations (e.g., Mailchimp, Vonage, Marketing Automation tools).
Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or Visualforce is a plus (not mandatory).
Soft Skills
:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.
