Civil Supervisor – Office Construction Project

Eligibility

Education

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in civil/site supervision roles.

Prior experience in commercial/office building projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the office site to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor contractors, vendors, and labor to maintain quality standards, progress, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers to resolve on-site challenges.
  • Oversee civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works in line with drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of construction materials and prevent wastage.
  • Conduct inspections and assist in handover process including snag-list rectification.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety standards.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Leadership ability to manage contractors and site workforce.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
