Civil Maintenance Supervisor Role

This position plays a vital part in overseeing the planning and execution of main campus civil maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth operation of construction activities, including minor projects
  • Provide proper supervision and coordination for technical staff as needed
  • Oversee safe and effective repairs and upkeep of facilities, adhering to relevant policies and standards

The role requires preparation of technical and financial comparative statements, budget requirement assistance, and cost variance control. Additionally, it involves contract monitoring, inventory management, and technical appraisal of new equipment and assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Coordinating with teams for optimum staff utilization
  • Preparing civil work programs and communicating with stakeholders
  • Scheduling and supervising maintenance repair works, alterations, renovations, and minor construction works

Requirements:

  • B.E. Civil from a recognized institute
  • 6 to 8 years of civil work-related experience with supervisory capabilities
  • Project management, planning, and scheduling skills
  • Effective communication skills in English
