Finance Officer

Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports To: Finance Manager
Location: Head Office - Rawalpindi
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and finalization of supporting documents for payments.
- Reconciliation of payments in line with GRNs, agreements and purchase orders.
- Preparation of payment instruments and obtaining approval from relevant authorities and signatories.
- Recording of all payments in accounting system.
- Recording and maintaining advances and timely follow-up for their subsequent adjustment.
- Responsible for neatly maintaining all voucher archives (off-site), sorted in month-wise format.
- Maintain all other records related to finance department such as fixed assets payments, security deposits, bank related documents etc.
- Provide assistance during internal and external audit.
- Any other tasks or ad-hoc assignments assigned by line manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, CMA Inter.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on accounts payable/receivable.
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial/accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
