Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting functions and financial record-keeping
  • Prepare and maintain vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents
  • Support accounts team with month-end and year-end closing tasks
  • Perform bank reconciliations and basic accounting entries
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Up to 1 year of internship experience
  • Strong MS Excel proficiency
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with willingness to learn and adapt
  • Must be comfortable with evening shift and onsite work
