Job Description:

Decotechs is offering an exciting internship opportunity for fresh graduates interested in learning online bidding and sales on Upwork. The selected candidate will work closely with senior sales executives to gain hands-on experience in client communication, bidding strategies, and market research.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing and submitting proposals on Upwork.

- Support the team in managing client communications.

- Conduct research to identify potential clients and trends.

- Learn the complete sales and bidding process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

- Basic understanding of freelancing platforms.

- Good English writing and communication skills.

- Willingness to learn and grow in the business development field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15, Rs20,000.00 per month
