Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Karāchi for an Upwork Sales Executive. The role involves creating and managing Upwork freelancer profiles, identifying potential clients, and pitching services through engaging proposals. Responsibilities also include maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, following up effectively, and meeting or exceeding sales targets through Upwork and other freelance platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the in-house team to ensure quality delivery of client projects.
Qualifications
- Experience with Upwork and other freelancer platforms, including managing profiles, bidding, and generating leads
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and sales strategies
- Proficiency in digital marketing concepts such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, and Paid Advertising
- Understanding of branding, creative design, and web development services
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM tools and managing client accounts
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
