Shift Timing:
9:00 PM – 6:00 AM


Salary:
Up to PKR 120,000 + Dollar-Based Commissions + Performance Bonuses

Role Summary

We're seeking a
proactive and results-driven Upwork Sales Executive
to manage our Upwork profile, craft winning proposals, and convert leads into long-term clients. This is a full-time
on-site night shift role
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our Upwork profile
  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients
  • Submit tailored proposals and negotiate terms
  • Coordinate with internal teams for accurate project scoping
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends to improve bidding strategy

Requirements

  • Prior experience managing and bidding on Upwork
  • Excellent English (written & verbal)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Must be available for
    on-site night shift
