Sultex Industries, a leading textile manufacturer and exporter, is looking for an experienced Textile Export Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving international business growth, managing export operations, and building long-term relationships with global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement export strategies for international markets.

Manage end-to-end export operations, including documentation, LCs, compliance, and logistics.

Identify new markets, analyze competition, and expand global presence.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.

Lead and mentor the export team, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are achieved.

Coordinate with trade shows, campaigns, and digital platforms to promote textile products globally.

Provide regular insights on export performance and market trends to management.

Requirements:

MBA (Textile Management) / MSc Textile / Industrial Management.

7–10 years of proven experience in Textile Exports.

Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, LCs, and trade regulations.

Skilled in market development and international client negotiations.

Proficiency in ERP (SAP/Oracle), MS Office & CRM systems.
