Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Executive, located in Karāchi. The Export Executive will handle day-to-day export operations including export documentation, managing export and import processes, sales, and international trade activities. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth export operations and compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle export documentation (invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, health certificates, etc.) in compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents for timely bookings and shipments.
  • Communicate with international customers to confirm orders, resolve queries, and provide shipment updates.
  • Ensure adherence to customer requirements, certifications, and country-specific regulations.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and maintain accurate export records.
  • Liaise with internal departments (sales, finance, quality, production) to ensure on-time order execution.
  • Assist in preparing export sales reports and maintaining customer databases.
  • Stay updated on international trade compliance, documentation requirements, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in exports/logistics (food industry experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
