Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for an HR Training Specialist. The HR Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborating with HR teams and departmental managers, the role also involves identifying training needs and introducing learning initiatives to drive employee growth and organizational success.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in designing and delivering effective training programs, including instructional design and facilitation techniques
  • Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, as well as knowledge of learning management systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to assess training needs and measure the impact of training initiatives through analysis and feedback
  • Relevant experience in HR, training and development, or learning management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is a plus
