Baskin-Robbins Pakistan is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Training Executive to join our team. If you're passionate about people development, customer service excellence, and ensuring strong operational standards, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Location: Lahore (with travel to stores as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for store teams on customer service, product knowledge, SOPs, and brand standards.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and checklists to support daily operations.
  • Ensure consistency in staff performance through regular store visits and on-the-job coaching.
  • Could you collaborate with Operations and HR teams to identify training needs and skill gaps?
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
  • Support in onboarding and orientation of new employees across all stores.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in training, customer service, or retail operations (F&B experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel to different store locations.
  • Proactive, energetic, and committed to delivering high-quality training.
