About the job

Role: D365 Business Central Functional Consultant.

Provide business consulting, strategic and tactful planning to successfully implement designated Microsoft D365 Business Central products in small to mid-market sized businesses, resulting in a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

·      Work as a functional consultant understanding customer business requirements, converting these into Business Central solution options and clearly explaining to the customer how their requirement is mapped to a standard or customized solution.

·      Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products configuration, support, training, and documentation

·      Work with the team (Business central, Power Platform, SharePoint)

·      Work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and solution specifications

·      Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained

·      Expected to complete work-related training and learning with the goal of obtaining relevant Microsoft Certifications

Experience:

·      Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision (NAV etc.) 1-8 years of implementation experience. (essential)

·      ⁠Must have 2-3 full fledged end to end implementation experience.

·      Experienced in the change management process and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents

·      ⁠Must have a strong understanding of Finance, Supply chain and manufacturing modules and business processes with focus on the Finance

·      ⁠Experience with configuring and customising Business Central as per business needs

·      ⁠MB-800 certification and other MS D365 related certifications will be a plus

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·      Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

·      Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·      ⁠Must be willing to travel related to projects if required
