Role Description

The D365 Functional Consultant will play a key role in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, CRM, or Finance & Operations) solutions. You will gather business requirements, design functional processes, and bridge the gap between technical teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Configure D365 Sales, CRM, or F&O modules as per project scope.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
  • Provide end-user training, support UAT, and ensure project delivery within deadlines.
  • Develop documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user manuals.
  • Stay updated with Microsoft ecosystem updates and recommend process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / Sales / F&O) implementations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, Customer Service, and Finance.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications (MB-210, MB-300, MB-310, etc.) preferred.
