D365 CRM CE Sr. Functional Consultant

At LITS Services, we're helping organizations transform their customer experiences with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Now, we're looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our growing team in Pakistan.

If you're passionate about understanding business needs, designing CRM solutions, and leading clients through digital transformation journeys — this role is for you.

What you'll do:

Lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.

Map client processes into Dynamics 365 CE/CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).

Design functional solutions and support full project lifecycles — from discovery to go-live.

Prepare functional documentation, solution design, and user guides.

Train and support end-users for successful adoption.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.

What we're looking for:

4–6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM functional consulting.

Strong expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, and client advisory.

Experience in presales, demos, and stakeholder presentations.

Proven track record of delivering successful CRM implementations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
