Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Punjab, Pakistan. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, managing the operations team, and ensuring efficient service delivery. This position involves developing and implementing operational policies, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with various departments to ensure the achievement of organizational goals. The Operations Manager will also handle resource allocation, Loan disbursement, Account Openings, KYC, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
