Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Rawalpindi/Islamabad for an 
Operations Manager
. The role involves overseeing daily office operations, managing team workflows, ensuring deadlines are met, and reporting directly to the Founder/CEO. The Operations Manager will act as the main point of accountability for office productivity, ensuring employees remain on track, projects are delivered on time, and resources are optimized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
  • Oversee employee time management, task completion, and project deadlines.
  • Act as the Founder's representative for internal matters and productivity.
  • Coordinate with department leads (design, media, development, etc.) to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accountability systems for project timelines and employee performance.
  • Implement operational processes and improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and general HR functions when required.
  • Report regularly to the Founder/CEO and COO with updates on team performance, project status, and operational issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations, account management, or project management within an advertising/creative agency.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Slack, Notion, Google workspace or similar).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
