Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
Lead Odoo Functional Consultant
to lead the implementation, customization, and support of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to analyze requirements, design workflows, and ensure successful deployment of Odoo modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Analyze client processes and design solutions using Odoo ERP modules.
  • Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, HR, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.) to align with business needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technical developers.
  • Prepare functional specifications for development tasks and coordinate with the technical team.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
  • Perform functional testing of Odoo modules and ensure quality delivery.
  • Support post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Odoo features and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience
    as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo modules across different domains (Sales, CRM, HR, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing).
  • Hands-on experience in Odoo implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Ability to design workflows and business processes in Odoo.
  • Familiarity with Odoo Community and Enterprise editions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (functional + technical).
