Admin/Operations Associate- Bahria Town Karachi

Overview:
Supports the day-to-day administrative functions of the UK tuition centre for, ensuring smooth communication between staff, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage student records, attendance, and scheduling
- Handle front-desk duties and parent inquiries
- Assist with enrolment and onboarding processes
- Maintain supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Support tutors with printing, room setup, and materials
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic database systems
- Experience in an educational or customer-facing role preferred
Working Hours:
- UK Shift: Winter: 01:30pm-10:30pm , Summer : 12:30pm -09:30pm (this is the standard timings and can change as per requirement).
- UK Holiday Calendar: We only follows UK calendar for holidays , no Pakistani Federal Holidays.
