Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales of PetroFast's fuel and lubricant products through effective telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing business clients to promote and sell industrial fuels and lubricants.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads for the field sales team.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable PetroFast products (High-Speed Diesel, Furnace Oil, Lubricants).
  • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate records of calls, leads, and sales progress.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and industrial clients.
  • Provide after-sales support, resolve customer inquiries, and coordinate with operations for order fulfillment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of telesales or inside sales experience in B2B sales, preferably in oil, energy, or industrial products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to understand technical product details and explain benefits to customers.
  • Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu; additional regional languages will be an advantage.
