Female Telesales Representative – Night Shift (US Campaign) | Lahore

Location: On-site, Lahore, Pakistan

Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

Off Days: Saturday & Sunday

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We're hiring female telesales professionals to join our US-based Life Back Taxes campaign. If you have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and enjoy talking to people, this is your chance to work in a professional night-shift environment with great earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
  • Promote and upsell company services to U.S. clients.
  • Build rapport, identify client needs, and offer suitable solutions.
  • Maintain call records and follow up with potential leads.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales or call center experience (U.S. campaign preferred).
  • Fluent English communication (both spoken and written).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM, Mon–Fri).
