Area Sales Manager-Cellcense

Nutrifactor, a leading name in the nutraceutical industry, proudly introduces its new consumer skincare brand — Cellcense. We are looking for an energetic and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead sales operations for Cellcense within the assigned region. The ASM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving brand visibility, expanding retail coverage, and managing the field sales team to ensure effective market execution.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience in FMCG, personal care, or skincare products, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or ASM role.

Requirements:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the Cellcense Skin Care Range in the assigned region.
- Lead, train, and supervise Territory Sales Officers to ensure effective market coverage and sales performance.
- Develop and expand retail network in modern trade, cosmetic outlets, and general trade channels.
- Ensure proper product placement, display, and visibility at all retail points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and trade partners.
- Implement promotional activities and merchandising plans in coordination with the marketing team.
- Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, and share insights with management.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate team performance and ensure excellent execution at the retail level.
