Senior Odoo Developer (SDE III)
who brings both
deep technical skill

strong functional ERP knowledge
to drive our client implementations forward.

Role Overview
As a Senior Odoo Developer, you'll lead complex module development, engage directly with clients and product managers, and architect solutions that align technical capability with business outcomes. This is a
hybrid role
requiring regular collaboration at our Islamabad office and flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop custom Odoo modules tailored to business needs.
  • Lead technical planning and code reviews, mentoring junior developers on best practices.
  • Work closely with functional consultants and clients to understand requirements and translate them into clean, efficient code.
  • Customize Odoo's Sales, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, HR, and other core modules.
  • Integrate Odoo with external APIs, payment gateways, and third-party platforms.
  • Oversee Odoo upgrades and version migrations (e.g., from v13 to v16+).
  • Solve critical bugs and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
  • Document technical flows and maintain high-quality Git practices.

Required Skills

  • 6-10 years of experience in Odoo development (Community and/or Enterprise).

  • Proficient in:

  • Python, Odoo ORM, QWeb/XML, JavaScript

  • PostgreSQL and relational data modeling

  • Strong grasp of functional ERP flows across Sales, Supply Chain, Accounting, and HR.

  • Hands-on experience with:

  • Odoo module customization and deployment

  • , Git, Docker, or CI/CD

  • Client communication and functional documentation

  • Ability to mentor, lead discussions, and own modules end to end.

Bonus Skills (Nice To Have)

  • Odoo Certification (Technical or Functional)
  • Experience with large-scale multi-company or multi-warehouse setups
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
  • Contributions to the Odoo open-source community
