About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer with a strong understanding of ERP systems and basic business analytics skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo modules, while supporting the business in analyzing processes and generating insights for decision-making.

This position is both technical and analytical in nature, requiring creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail. We are looking for a proactive individual with a "get it done" mindset and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Odoo modules (new and existing).
  • Customize Odoo applications to meet business needs and improve workflows.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in Odoo applications.
  • Perform basic business data analysis to generate reports and insights for management.
  • Document technical specifications, processes, and configurations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo development, customization, and integration.
  • Strong understanding of Python, PostgreSQL, and XML.
  • Familiarity with business processes in Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, or Supply Chain.
  • Basic skills in business analytics (data interpretation, reporting, KPI tracking).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
