Job Summary

Increase Rev, a leading AdTech company, is seeking a Lead Generation Officer to support its growing sales operations. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and assisting the sales team in driving new business opportunities. Candidates with strong communication skills and prior experience in lead generation or telesales are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research.
  • Maintain and update accurate records in CRM tools.
  • Communicate professionally with potential clients to introduce products and services.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-ups.
  • Support communication and engagement activities under team supervision.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, telesales, or a similar sales role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available full-time from 12 PM – 8 PM.
