A well-established plastic manufacturing company, owned by a close associate of mine, is looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing effective marketing strategies, and building long-term client relationships.

Job Description:

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, managing client accounts, and contributing to the company's overall market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends and prepare sales reports for management.

Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing (manufacturing or FMCG industry preferred).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
