Marketing Executive – B2B Sales & Lead Generation

We are hiring a B2B Marketing Executive with a strong background in digital marketing, sales funnels, and recruitment lead generation. If you are creative, results-driven, and know how to turn campaigns into conversions, we want you on our team

What You'll Do:

  • Generate qualified B2B leads via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Meta Ads
  • Run and optimize email & SMS marketing campaigns
  • Build & automate sales funnels for consistent lead nurturing
  • Manage recruitment-specific lead generation campaigns
  • Create brochures, posts, and basic ad designs for digital platforms
  • Analyze campaigns & report on ROI and lead quality
  • Work closely with sales & recruitment teams to hit business targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven B2B sales & lead generation experience
  • Strong skills in social media ads & digital marketing
  • Knowledge of email/SMS marketing & automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
  • Understanding of sales funnels & marketing automation
  • Basic design ability (Canva or similar)
  • Recruitment industry experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs55,000.00 per month
