Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Karachi Division for a Senior Manager Knitting. The Senior Manager Knitting will oversee daily knitting operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in production. Responsibilities include managing knitting processes, coordinating with teams, optimizing workflows, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met.

  • Manage Knitting Production of Inhouse & Outside Units
  • Manage Fabric Development with Marketing Team
  • Extensive experience in knitting processes and production management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in coordinating and optimizing workflows
  • Recovery Montly Checking with Accounts Team
  • Manage Monthly Audit with Auditors Team
  • Making Software Programs with updates and resolved all types of Issues with I.T Team
  • Manage Product Development with Cutting & Stitching Team to resolved any kind of Wastage Isuues
  • Effective communication and client relationship management skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilitie
  • Experience in the textile industry, particularly in knitting, is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in an on-site role in Karachi Division
