We're Hiring: Senior QA/QC – Apparels (Knits+Woven)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA/QC professional with strong expertise in apparel. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Teamwear for the US Buyers, managing quality processes and ensuring compliance with international buyer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes from raw material to final shipment.
  • Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final inspections as per AQL and buyer requirements.
  • Ensure smooth communication with production teams and buyers for corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed QA reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–6 years of QA/QC experience in apparel (Knits+Woven).
  • Preference for candidates with experience in teamwear and handling US buyers.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate degree.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the latest printing, embroidery, and embellishment techniques.
  • Proficient in computer software such as MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint– able to generate summaries, reports, and presentations.
  • Ability to reply to emails professionally and maintain clear communication with buyers and teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
