Job Title:
DSS + IT Project coordinator

Location: F-18,Maripur, Sind Industrial Trading Estates, Karachi dla sajtu, Pakistan -
Karachi Factory

Duration:
6 Month / Extendable - Onsite role

Key Responsibilities

Project Prep Phase:

  • Capture AS-IS floor plans, power, LAN cabling diagrams, Wi-Fi survey reports, and WAN utilization reports.
  • Document AS-IS hardware inventory including peripherals and network hardware.
  • Prepare TG0 deliverable for approval by SAP IT Lead.

BCA Phase:

  • Provide requirements and assist in BOM preparation and finalization.
  • Collaborate with BPO, Super users, and vendors to finalize requirements and costs.
  • Obtain quotes for hardware delivery and prepare TG1 deliverable for approval.

Realization Phase:

  • Place orders for hardware delivery and coordinate with SAP IT Lead for setup.
  • Track hardware delivery and prepare network setup plans.
  • Install, configure, and set up hardware as per SOPs.
  • Conduct IQ, OQ of new hardware for UAT at each site.
  • Coordinate testing activities and document testing evidence.
  • Collaborate with SI Manager on KT and service transition activities.
  • Provide resourcing requirements for hypercare duration.

Final Prep Phase:

  • Work closely with technical teams on Cutover readiness.
  • Monitor Cutover status and provide feedback to Cutover Manager.
  • Represent in Daily Cutover meetings for site infrastructure.

Post Go-live Phase:

  • Monitor hypercare incidents and ensure RCA is prepared for high severity incidents.
  • Ensure smooth transition with the team and capture key learnings.
  • Ensure all project documents/deliverables are uploaded.
  • Manage invoicing as per SOW and ensure payment milestones are approved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in coordinating infrastructure projects, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and hardware components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
