Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Admin Manager in day-to-day operations and office management.
- Maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure smooth running of office operations and support staff requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in administrative or managerial support roles.
