Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and monitoring of janitorial staff for smooth operations in the designated centre.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the designated centre.
  • Inventory management to make sure that all the required inventory is available when needed.
  • Execution of maintenance to ensure that there are no issues with any appliances or furniture beforehand.
  • Coordinate with both external and internal vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
  • Ensure that the Meeting rooms are set up as per the requirements of the clients.
  • Assistance in organizing events in The Hive.
  • Daily inspection of their designated centres for any maintenance or replacements of office supplies.
  • Assistance of the admin officer with grocery or any other procurement.
  • Deal with any admin related problem (Electricity, water and etc.) that may occur in their designated centers.
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory.
  • Occasional traveling off-site for vendor dealing or procurement.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-year experience working in the Administration Department.
  • Basic understanding of clerical operations of an office.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Experience managing janitorial staff.
