
Admin Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervision and monitoring of janitorial staff for smooth operations in the designated centre.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the designated centre.
- Inventory management to make sure that all the required inventory is available when needed.
- Execution of maintenance to ensure that there are no issues with any appliances or furniture beforehand.
- Coordinate with both external and internal vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
- Ensure that the Meeting rooms are set up as per the requirements of the clients.
- Assistance in organizing events in The Hive.
- Daily inspection of their designated centres for any maintenance or replacements of office supplies.
- Assistance of the admin officer with grocery or any other procurement.
- Deal with any admin related problem (Electricity, water and etc.) that may occur in their designated centers.
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory.
- Occasional traveling off-site for vendor dealing or procurement.
Requirements:
- At least 1-year experience working in the Administration Department.
- Basic understanding of clerical operations of an office.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Experience managing janitorial staff.
