About the Role

We are seeking a
MERN + AI Engineer
who can bridge the gap between
full-stack web development
and
applied AI
. The role involves designing
RAG architectures
, building
custom AI agents
, and integrating them into
MERN applications
to deliver end-to-end, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement
    Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
    within MERN-based applications
  • Build, fine-tune, and deploy
    custom AI agents
    for business workflows
  • Work with
    vector databases
    (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) for semantic search and knowledge retrieval
  • Develop APIs and backend services to connect LLMs with structured/unstructured data
  • Collaborate with frontend teams to create
    AI-driven user experiences
    in React
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability for production use
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in
    LLMs, AI frameworks, and full-stack tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field
  • 3–6 years of professional experience in
    MERN stack development (MongoDB, , React, )
  • Strong experience in
    AI/LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, etc.)
    and
    RAG architectures
  • Proficiency in
    Python + JavaScript/TypeScript
    for building AI integrations
  • Hands-on experience with
    LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face
    , or similar AI frameworks
  • Knowledge of
    vector databases
    and semantic search
  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
    and API integrations

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    multi-agent frameworks
    (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
  • Exposure to
    MLOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Skills in
    prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLM
