As the Product Delivery Manager, you will report to the Delivery Lead of the analytical product pillar in Arup's Digital Technology product engine. Your primary focus will be on managing the software delivery processes of one or more products within this pillar, embedding a product-centric, agile delivery culture, and enabling our teams to effectively and efficiently deliver products that drive forward our mission of engineering a more sustainable world.

- Leadership and Team Management Skills – Are you confident in leading and motivating a diverse and globally distributed team to achieve goals and deliverables?
- Agile Delivery Management Experience – Do you have a strong background in managing complex, multi-disciplinary, global product development teams, including planning, execution and monitoring? Do you have a passion for coaching teams in innovative and new ways of working?
- Communication Abilities – Are you skilled in effectively communicating with stakeholders, team members and clients/users to ensure alignment and understanding?
- Problem-Solving Skills – Can you identify potential issues and risks early and develop strategic solutions to keep product delivery on track?
