Position Overview : As a Product Manager \ Owner - Senior at ValueLabs , you wll play vital role in conceptualizing , designing , amd implementing holistic and intuitive solutions for complex enterprise applications.Leveraging your expertise in user-centric design principles and your proficiency in cutting-edge technologies, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences across our suite of CRM an HR software products.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and champion the long-term product vision and strategy for your entire vertical, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall strategic objectives.

• Become the undisputed expert in your domain, deeply understanding the competitive landscape, market trends, and the intricate needs of our users.

• Translate your product strategy into a concrete, outcome-oriented roadmap.

• Own and ruthlessly prioritize the product backlog across multiple engineering squads, making difficult trade-off decisions to maximize impact.

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through to launch and iteration.

• Work hand-in-hand with UX, engineering, and business stakeholders to define requirements, create detailed user stories, and ensure solutions are both valuable and viable.

• Serve as the primary bridge between executive leadership, business stakeholders (Compliance, Treasury, Legal, Sales), and the engineering organization.

• Communicate your product strategy and roadmap with clarity and conviction, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the company.

• Define the key metrics and KPIs that will measure the success of your products.

• Analyze product performance and user feedback to inform future iterations and drive a culture of data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications:


• Deep Financial Services/FinTech Mastery:Non-negotiable, extensive experience and deep subject matter expertise in at least one of the following domains:

• Core Banking, Payments, or Settlement Systems.

• Digital Assets, Cryptocurrency Custody, or Trading Platforms.

• Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or API-as-a-Product in a regulated space.

• Compliance Technology (RegTech), specifically AML/KYC platforms.

• Exceptional Technical Acumen:The ability to understand, discuss, and weigh in on complex technical concepts and architectural decisions with senior engineers.

• Strategic Leadership: A proven history of developing and executing successful product strategies that have delivered significant business impact.

• Agile at Scale: Mastery of leading product ownership within a large-scale Agile environment with multiple dependent teams.

• Executive Communication: World-class communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage with executive leadership.
