About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled
CRM Administrator
to manage and optimize our brokerage CRM and back-office systems. This role ensures smooth client onboarding, compliance (KYC/AML), transaction handling, and system integrations with MT5 and payment providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure the brokerage CRM (B2Core, Broctagon, Skale, etc.).
  • Oversee MT5 synchronization, account setups, balances, commissions, and reports.
  • Manage KYC/AML workflows (Sumsub or similar) to ensure compliance.
  • Handle deposits, withdrawals, IB/affiliate commissions, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain integrations (payments, email/SMS, marketing tools).
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on transactions, clients, and activity.
  • Support Sales, Finance, and Support teams with CRM data.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience in CRM/back-office administration within Forex brokerage.
  • Strong knowledge of MT5/MT4 integrations, KYC/AML processes, and payment systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (B2Core, Broctagon, Leverate, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Bachelor's in IT, Finance, or related field (Master's a plus).
