We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience that aligns with the company's standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company projects, services, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in CRM or company database.
  • Assist the sales and marketing team by providing client feedback and insights.
  • Ensure a professional and empathetic approach while dealing with customers.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and build trust.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions to client needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
