CRM Admin Manager

We are seeking a CRM & System Administrator to manage our brokerage CRM and ensure smooth integration with MT5 and other platforms. The role involves overseeing client onboarding, compliance processes, backoffice operations, and financial reconciliations while maintaining system security and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support business operations and client services.
CRM & System Management
- Configure and maintain brokerage CRM (Leverate, Skale, Broctagon, B2Core, or proprietary).
- Ensure full MT5 synchronization (accounts, balances, commissions, reports).
- Manage user access, data security, and system stability.
- Coordinate with vendors/IT for fixes, updates, and enhancements.
Client Onboarding & Compliance
- Oversee automated KYC/AML processes (e.g., Sumsub).
- Ensure timely account verification and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor high-risk, PEP/sanction checks, and suspicious activity.
- Maintain secure and GDPR-compliant client records.
Backoffice & Finance Support
- Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, IB commissions, and rebates.
- Reconcile CRM, payment gateways, and MT5 transactions.
- Provide daily reconciliations and finance reports.
Automations & Integrations
- Manage integrations for KYC, payments, email/SMS, and marketing tools.
- Monitor and resolve errors in automated workflows.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate reports on fund flows, trading activity, and commissions.
- Build dashboards for management insights (clients, deposits, churn, volume).
- Prepare AML and suspicious activity reports.
Collaboration & Support
- Support Sales/Retention with CRM data.
- Assist Support team with CRM/MT5-related issues.
- Coordinate with Dealing Desk on trade discrepancies.
