Position: Marketing Manager – Diagnostics

Department: Marketing

Industry: Medical Devices / In Vitro Diagnostics

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5years in a relevant healthcare/diagnostic industry role

Education: MBA (Marketing) or BBA

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness in the healthcare sector.
  • Manage and grow the organization's presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and monitor engaging healthcare-related content, ensuring compliance with medical and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and departments to highlight services, patient education, and awareness campaigns.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for diagnostic products (IVD, molecular, POCT, immunoassay, etc.)
  • Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns & brand positioning
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify market needs and opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide business decisions
  • Build relationships with KOLs, labs, and healthcare institutions
  • Organize CME sessions, scientific seminars, workshops, and conferences
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives and manage online presence
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing dashboards/reports
  • Support tender marketing, regulatory, and commercial departments as needed

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare/diagnostic market in Pakistan
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in digital tools (MS Office, CRM, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, creative, and a strong team leader
