We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Payroll Officer to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, data accuracy, and payroll-related compliance. You'll work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll for all employees in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.
  • Maintain and audit payroll data in our HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, earnings statements, taxes, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, overtime, and benefit calculations.
  • Collaborate with Finance for month-end close and payroll-related reconciliations.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on payroll experience
     in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
     (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, macros a plus).
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets
     (advanced functions, collaboration, data import/export).
  • Experience with payroll software and HRIS/ERP systems; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving, data accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
