Archnetix is a leading provider of Building Information Modeling (BIM) services for the construction and architecture industry in the United States. Our Pakistan office serves as the hub for innovation and financial management, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Officer to handle company accounts, payroll, taxation, and financial reporting with accuracy and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
  • Manage company bank accounts, cash flow, and reconciliations.
  • Process payroll with accurate deductions (EOBI, Social Security, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with taxation laws (income tax, sales tax, employee withholding).
  • Monitor budgets and control expenses within approved limits.
  • Prepare supporting documentation for all financial transactions.
  • Provide regular financial updates and reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting/finance role.
  • Knowledge of taxation laws in Pakistan (Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Withholding).
  • Strong command of MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Must have experience of Quick Book.
