As our operations expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Officer to join our finance team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable Account Officer who will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining records, handling accounts, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. The ideal candidate should be organized, analytical, and familiar with basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Record and process all financial transactions in a timely manner
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payroll data when required
  • Monitor petty cash and maintain daily cash records

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a similar role
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
  • Age: Maximum 29 years
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Willingness to work onsite full time in Rawalpindi
