Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative, located in Lahore. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, providing excellent customer service and support, and closing sales. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, training and updating product knowledge, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Experience in training and maintaining product knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Proficiency in using call center technology and software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus
