Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

About the Role

We are hiring Telesales Representatives to join our U.S.-based Life Back Taxes campaign.

If you're fluent in English, confident on the phone, and want to grow your career in sales — this is the perfect opportunity.

You'll speak with U.S. clients, promote services, and help them choose the best solutions. No prior U.S. sales experience? No problem — we provide full training and all the tools you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential U.S. clients and handle inbound inquiries.
  • Promote and sell company services confidently over the phone.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up on leads.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales or call center experience (U.S. campaign preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality.
  • Strong listening and closing skills.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM, Monday–Friday).
