Position Title: Personal Secretary to CEO
Location: Karachi – SITE Area Nazimabad
Salary Range: PKR 90,000 – PKR 130,000 (Based on Experience)
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Secretary to support our CEO in day-to-day business and administrative matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential documents and information with utmost discretion.
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases for easy retrieval.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Monitor emails, phone calls, and messages; respond or escalate as necessary.
- Assist in project coordination and research as required by the CEO.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the CEO's dynamic schedule.
